This home in Berkley was a flip for which I designed the layout, chose all the fixtures and finishes, and staged the home.

The layout changes for this home included...

1.) eliminating a small bedroom to create a larger living room and walk-in closet for another bedroom,

2.) converting an existing family room into a master bedroom, with a walk-out to an enclosed patio area,

3.) opening up the kitchen/living areas,

4.) finishing an un-used basement to create a large family room and additional bathroom.
